The result of the search. Trying on dozens of styles, cuts and shades (of white). Parading through bridal stores with mothers, sisters and friends, every bride undoubtedly dreams of finding the perfect dress. Whether it’s ballgown, mermaid or knee length, simple and elegant or shimmery and sparkly, the chosen dress of a bride shows off her personality, her style and marks the most important day of her life. I love seeing the dresses chosen by the brides of the weddings I shoot. Even after seeing hundreds upon hundreds, I enjoy the way the dress compliments the bride in a unique way. I think it’s important to capture images that display the beauty of the wedding dress, especially after so much time, energy and money went into choosing it in the first place.
