Parkview grad Anna Claire Ricks-Boyd / back to nature

Anna Claire Ricks-Boyd loves plants so opting to take some of her senior portraits at LSU Rural Life Museum’s Windrush Gardens was kind of a no brainer. She and photographer Aaron Hogan had fun capturing her silly side as she tried to eat the azalea blossoms, as well as showing a serious, more grown-up young woman. After playing in the gardens, the two headed to another of her favorite spots – downtown Baton Rouge. Anna Claire graduated from Parkview Baptist High School, where she was in the marching band and served as drum major her senior senior, in May 2021. Now she’s attending Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, where she plans to major in physics and astronomy. And, as a college freshman, we fell safe in saying she’s probably indulging in another hobby – drinking lots and lots of coffee!

Ann Clarie is the daughter of proud papa Greg Boyd and mom Danielle André.
