When he got ready to pop the question, Evan Kaiser could think of no better place than the property along the Mississippi River in Sunshine, Louisiana. When Sarah Varner said yes, they both knew the wedding just had to take place on this special piece of land – it’s where they are building their home “from the ground up” – kind of like their marriage.
The two exchanged the vows they wrote before family and friends Nov. 4 in a lovely wooded area beside the Mighty Mississippi – lights dripping from the trees along the river bank. Not only did Sarah write her own vows, she also made her own wedding cake! Capturing it all was Aaron Hogan and the talented team from Eye Wander Photo.
