According to Google, “Rain on your wedding day is good luck because it signifies that your marriage will last. As you know, a knot that becomes wet is extremely hard to untie – therefore, when you “tie the knot” on a rainy day, your marriage is supposedly just as hard to unravel!”
Well, Victoria and Matt had one of those rainy day weddings and it turned out amazing. We photographed their wedding at First United Methodist Church and the wedding was followed up with a reception at City Club of Baton Rouge. The dance floor was full all night and the bride and groom boogied the night away. The Groom loved to “dip” his bride as you will see in the photography. They are very good dancers! The details of her wedding were planned by one amazingly talented planner Angela Marie Events.
