Newborns are among my favorite subjects. When the newborn is 4-12 days old, I like them best. Sleeping. So long as they’re well fed and the temperature is warm enough, you can pretty much photograph them in thousands of ways, in hidden places, within found objects, outdoors in the wild, cuddling, cooing, ok you get the point.
Meet Harrison, 11 days old. He was pretty easy going and relaxed the first half of the session, then he decided to get a little fussy towards the end. But I managed to capture some fun stuff, ending with my favorite, red wagon shot in the mini Radio Flyer intended for dolls. Riley, big sister of Harrison, got in a few shots. She loved playing with the old magnifying glass as well as walking in her mom’s running shoes. I hope you enjoy this fun family as much as I did. Feel free to leave your comments below.
