I love photographing weddings because every detail is designed and crafted, the venue is gorgeous, friends and family gather with full emotions and happy wishes, and the bride just radiates with an awe inspiring beauty that makes bridal photography simply stunning. I shoot weddings because in planning camera angles, anticipating fantastic shots, and targeting where to catch the light (…and a lot more), I get to capture a moment in time that the bride has been dreaming about for years.
It is my passion to make someone’s dream day into a tangible, visual memory that the bride and groom can revisit for the rest of their lives. What’s more, there is so much going on during the wedding day, and there is no way to experience the whole event. With every wedding, I know the bride gives an enormous amount of trust in me to photograph her day. In return, I feel so lucky that I get to not only deliver the pictures she dreamed of, but I also get to show her how lovely she looked while getting ready, or how dramatic the lighting was just before she entered the church, and how her eyes sparkled and seemed to dance the whole day. The fulfillment from that is exactly why I do what I do.
