Baton Rouge bridal session in field with children | India Rives 12.20.12

India, a former bride whose wedding I’d photographed in Baton Rouge at White Oak Plantation in May 2006, approached me with a bright idea of taking wedding portraits in her old dress with her three boys around her in a field.  Instead of a typical trash the dress session, this one seemed relevant since she… Continue reading Baton Rouge bridal session in field with children | India Rives 12.20.12

Vicksburg wedding photography at Cedar Grove Inn | Amy & Rusty 10.27.12

I love to photograph Southern weddings which typically feature gorgeous, historic antebellum homes complete with several hundred year old live oaks draped in Spanish Moss. Congratulations… Continue reading First Look at Le Pavillon Hotel in New Orleans | Morgan & Brett 7.21.12

The above image was taken at Folly Estate Ruins in Port Antonio, Jamaica, a bit out of the way compared to the more frequented tourist cities of Montego Bay, Ocho Rios, and Negril.… Continue reading Jamaica and Caribbean Destination Wedding Photography

Dog photography in Baton Rouge, LA | Lily Hogan at 7 months

Pet photography is now a passion of mine thanks to my 7 month old puppy Lily. She’s part terrier (either rat or Jack Russell) and part Dachsund (or some other type of long bodied dog). My wife Jency and I are completely smitten by her.
